A renegade faction of the world’s most powerful villains is intent on destroying G.L.O.V.E. (Global League of Villainous Enterprises) and showing the world the true face of evil. The plan begins with the kidnap of Diabolus Darkdoom, Nigel and Franz. However, Otto is never far behind. Heading out to America, Otto and his team embark on a perilous and highly unauthorised rescue operation. Cut off from the support of H.I.V.E. and on the run from American security forces the hunt leads to one of the US military’s most secret facilities. As his mission races to a high-impact climax, Otto uncovers truths which will lead to an encounter with the President of the United States and a flight of fear that will have severe and dark repercussions for Otto’s future.
